Hello,

 

simple and clean Windows Server 2019 instalation, no extra roles. KSC 12.2 + SQL 2014 Express + Web console + everything needed for KEDR-O + KSfWS 11.0.0.480.

Everything works...even KEDR-O on workstations...Dashboard on server green.

 

After activating KEA on Server, Dashboard gets red...Manageability...with message “Online - Cannot get service data”. I’m not expert for WS...what to look? I have tried to modify KEA components and deinstall parts which are not needed (KATA etc..) and same thing.

Hello,

 

With the Endpoint Agent 3.10.0.3196 is this error fixed ask the Kaspersky Support for the new Agent. Is build in the KES 11.6 allready.

On KSC 13 i see that is Available to download too.
