We have KES 12.5 installed on our window servers, some of them are not functional

I see this error on them:

Quote

Event type: End User License Agreement violated
Name: avp.exe
Application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\KES.12.5.0
Process ID: 6644
User: ******** (Active user)
Component: Protection
Result description: Database release date does not correspond to the license term

What should I do?

This is because the kes12.5 client is not authorized, if there is no KSC, you can manually add the license on the left side of the client interface

If there is a KSC, you can import the license to the license add. When adding the license, you need to select Automatic delivery

There is also a case that some module functions require the advanced version of the license, it is possible that you authorize the standard version can not use the advanced version of the function module
