Please give more information, type of license, upload screenshot, etc..

Hi,

It is possible that there is an error in the license, that you have updated KATA to the latest version from an old one, etc...

In any case the solution must provide support, since you have to make internal inquiries.

Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account.
