my client getting the error in KSC that  “ End User agreement has been violated” What does it mean? is his license been compromised?

One of my client is facing an issue of licenses agreement violation. They are using EDR Optimum license. This is something new. see the attachment? does it mean that their licenses have been compromised ?

Hi,

It is possible that there is an error in the license, that you have updated KATA to the latest version from an old one, etc...

In any case the solution must provide support, since you have to make internal inquiries.

Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account.
