End point installation package keeps getting stuck kaspersky security center 11 [ MOVED]

I am using kaspersky security center 11. I am trying to install the endpoint protection on  a server. The install keeps getting stuck while downloading. What can I do to fix this problem? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

KSC v11 is in limited support, please update to Kaspersky Security Center v13.

It turned out that the install package had completed. It was just something wrong with the interface. When I clicked cancel, it showed that the update had completed.

Recomendation is update to full support versions.

From my experience this starts the KSC global Update task (in background) and this can take long time (20 -40 minutes is normal).
