encrypted connections scan: whole domain or wildcards as trusted addresses

I put some domains into trusted addresses but it does not work (it only works when an exact hostname or IP address is added). How does an entry include subdomains (e.g. put company.com, should also cover www.company.com)?

How about wildcards? I tested it and it seems that *.company.com does also not work.

How can I achieve that?

Hi @ak01 and @stojan,

based on online help, you are doing it the proper way - using masks should be suported (see online help).

 

If it doesn’t work, you may have to submit a ticket via companyaccount and let support engineer take care of it :)

Had this problem myself. It only works if you enter the domain with asterisk both at the beginning and end. Eg *domain.com* or *subdomain.domain.com*

Kaspersky documentation has it wrong and their support admitted it. Not sure why they haven’t updated.
