Email notification for "Not connected in a long time" status

I’d like to receive an email notification when a device status changes to “Not connected in a long time”.  I can’t seem to find a way to do this.  Anyone know?

I may have figured out the answer:

 

Managed Devices - right click and go to properties.  Choose “Device status” and make sure “Not connected in a long time” is selected for “Critical”.

 

then

 

Administration Server - right click and go to properties.  Choose “Event Configuration” and make sure “Device status is Critical” is configured.  

If there’s a better way to do this to just get the notification of the status update let me know.
