I wish to change my email address but can't  - I followed the steps but I step 4 doesn't function  i.e. I cannot delete the old and enter the new adress

I am sure the solution is simple but I don't know what it is. Thanks

 

To change the email address:

  1. Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.

    A drop-down menu opens.

  2. Click the manage your account button.

    This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings.

  3. Go to the Email address tab.
  4. Enter the new email address.
  5. Enter your account password.
  6. Click the Save button.

    A message containing a link for confirming the new email address is sent to the specified email address.

  7. Click the link in the message.

The new email address is confirmed and will be used with your account in the future.

  1. There's no *deleting* of the old-email-address in any of the documented steps, My Kaspersky, Managing your account, How to change the email address:
  2. By entering a *new* email address the *old* email address is *replaced*.         
  3. IF the process is not working, exit the browser & MyKaspersky session & try *another* browser, IF the process still doesn't work, log the issue with Kaspersky, follow from dot-point 4 below:image.thumb.png.b21c027d46df2e7be26eed51e5441a77.png
