EDR Alerts

Hello,

I am currently using Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum license, Security Center 15.1, and Endoint Security 12.7.

I am facing a problem as the EDR Alerts tab is not visible in the Web Console. Also when adding the Alerts Widget, it has no pushable links.

if we talk about the Web Console of Kaspersky Security Center On-prem you can activate Alerts for EDR under Settings -> Interface Options -> EDR Alerts

I already activated the EDR Alerts but it is not visible under the Monitoring tab also the alerts widget is not pushable.

Hello,

please check if the current version of Web Console is installed with your KSC 15.1 or if you still use previous version.

If yes goto Programs and Feature in Windows and Modify Web Console. Do a repair and check if it works afterwards

If repair also do not work go ahead and open Supportticket to further analyse the problem. It is not reproducible inhouse.

The web console and the administration server were installed together from the full distributive of KSC 15.1.

I tried to do repair for the web console from the control panel, programs and features but the result is the same. It is not work.

Pelo que entendi, o que você está esquecendo é que quando você clica no botão enriquecido, ele não carrega as informações ou direciona você para uma tela onde deveria mostrar mais informações sobre os alertas. Seja com dados básicos ou enriquecidos. In fact, I remember that in previous versions the WebConsole showed the Enriched or Basic had a hyperlink

KSC WEBCONSOLE 14.2.20222

Note that the enriched and basic data has a hyperlink that, when clicked, directs us to the Alerts screen in the panel on the left.

 

KSC WEBCONSOLE 15.1.1351

No hyperlinks assigned to enriched or basic data.

And the Alerts field was removed or moved, I can't say exactly what happened.
