Hello, my accout looks like from us customer. But im from argentina... Will you please Change that? Due to Ban...

In these cases of changing regions, only technical support has access and authorization to make the change.

Especially in your case, the technical support team will probably check the possibility of changing the region not only of the My Kaspersky account but also of the region of your subscription.

Thanks for the reply, problem is that when i try to contact, in the Mail box dialoge, it does no accept my Mail. It ask for a @kasppersky Mail..

As long as (you) received an automated email with an Incident reference number prefixed with INC0000 - the Kaspersky Customer Service team will respond, sometimes it takes a few days but do not worry, they will be in touch, please wait patiently.
