Download updates to the Administration Server repository not every component updated [MOVED]

I am using Kaspersky Security center 11.0.0.1131, and when i run the task

“Download updates to the Administration Server repository” 

 it Complete but with error saying   

“Update task has completed. Not every component has been updated. One or more update components may be missing in the update source.”

 

How can i Fix it?  to download the complete   update to the repository with out error and what cause the error???

Please make shure:

• Patch B for KSC11 is installed ( https://support.kaspersky.com/15293 ) or upgrade to KSC12.1 ( https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc12#downloads )
• No Firewall/UTM is scanning/blocking the download.
