download updates and anti-virus database from internet if administration server not available

in our Company we need to configure Kasepersky Client to download updates and anti-virus database version from internet if they are at home and not connected to the administration server but we need the First  priority for the administration server then from internet how this can be done

that should work out of the box by default.

I would suggest that you check the reports of the update group task of an external computer (it should state which server was used).
