Download KSC updates without Internet

Our KSC does not have internet. How can we obtain KSC updates, signature updates, and KESL updates in Linux offline mode? I have KSC version 14.2, but some of my Keswin versions are 12.3, some are 12.4, and in Linux KESL is 12.2. We would like to obtain application updates and database signature updates on KSC, Windows, and Linux. How can we obtain these updates on KSC and then push them to Windows and Linux using an update task?

Please help with complete guidelines.
