My quetstion is: Buying for 3 years means I pay for those 3 years and they're talking about the fourth year. Or each year they'll charge again?

Hello @ArcProd

Welcome!

  • To answer the question, buying for the subscription term - yes, the subscriber is paying for the term - IF the term is one year, it will be charged annually, it's always per the subscription *term*.

1. Read: How your subscription works

"Your subscription will automatically renew each term until you cancel it. To ensure uninterrupted protection, we will attempt to charge your payment method 15 days before your subscription ends. We will notify you about your upcoming auto-renewal via email."

2. We cannot find the 3/3 subscription (you're) referring to - we can find 3 devices / 2 yrs.

Other tips to be alert to:

3. The subscription activates on successful payment - not on software install date.

4. The Kaspersky Premium License Key will be sent to (your) MyKaspersky account - shown at the bottom of the Premium subscription page.

5. To ensure the Kaspersky Premium *application* is *activated* the application must be signed into with the *same* email address that's used to purchase the subscription.

6. To activate Kaspersky Premium VPN the *same* email address that's used to purchase the subscription must be used & the same process - KVPN *application* must be signed into with the email address.

7. The Kaspersky Premium VPN is for *one* User Account *only* -> all other User accounts on the subscription get Free/Standard/Limited VPN

8. IF the Kaspersky VPN is signed in to with the *subscriber's email* on all 3 devices - all 3 devices will have Kaspersky Premium VPN.

9. (IOE) many Kaspersky *renewal* subscriptions are more expensive than subscriptions purchased *new* & IF (you) read the Forum, a common complaint is "how expensive Kaspersky subscribers think the subscriptions are & why doesn't Kaspersky reward/acknowledge customer loyalty by having *renewal* subscriptions that are more competitively priced" - Kaspersky's generic answer: "they have promotions & blah, blah, blah",  in other words they don't answer (IOO).

Any questions or issues, please post back?
Thank you🙏
