Hi everyone,

Could i get more information an explanation on why we exactly require a domain user to install network agent on servers and workstations.

let me add, why can't we install network agent with a local admin account.

I understand that the network agent needs to have a local administrator account, to have full control over the device, the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM user prevents any user from closing the application.

That way KSC can do many actions remotely on the device.
