Does Kaspersky-Plus conflict with 0Patch-free?

Hi everyone.

Discovered NTLM zero-day. Microsoft seems having no patch for that at the moment... 0Patch group, instead, offers a (micro)patch solution via their free-app.

Now, 0Patch app is invasive, and I don't know how my Kaspersky-Plus could perform together with 0Patch (perhaps they could conflict?)

So, should we install 0Patch app or not? Please, let me know Your advices. Many thanks in advance.
