Does Kaspersky interfere with Gardens of Time game?

Ever since I loaded Kaspersky, my wife is unable to play her Gardens of Time. Just a coincidence, or ...?

Ever since I loaded Kaspersky, my wife is unable to play her Gardens of Time. Just a coincidence, or ...?

1. Any errors → post full screen images, we need to see what you see please? 
2. Operating system version & build?
3. Kaspersky Anti  Virus (KAV) version & patch(x) → on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About ?
4. IF Kaspersky Anti-virus is paused & exited: on Windows taskbar, select hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Pause protection, select Exit → does  Gardens of Time play normally? 
5. Is Gardens of Time accessed via Gameroom app?
