DNS Compatibility

On windows 10 does kaspersky premium have any conflicts with dns software, like cleanbrowsing dns?

In the past I had portmaster (it uses cloudflare) and it broke my internet because of kaspersky.  They told me to uninstall kaspersky but I uninstalled portmaster instead.
So is there some kind of problem with kaspersky and a dns filter software on the same computer?

I tried PortMarter around 2 years ago + Kaspersky Premium, for some time both worked fine, but I eventually had to uninstall PM because also had issues with connection,

 

Probably the issue is not with DNS software filter, I've been using NextDNS recently, and now for 2 weeks trying ControlID, and no issues with none of them + Kaspersky.

 

PortMaster also has additional security and FireWall features, that for sure can interfere with Kaspersky modules, I haven't tried it recently again.
