DJVU STOP randomware (".moqs")

My PC has been attack by STOP DJVU ( “.moqs” file extention) I can’t access to my files. How can i recover them? Can I only wait for the key?

Also, in a lot of cases files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.
