Displays Limited Functionality despite having valid license

I have had Internet Security installed on multiple windows and Android machines for several years and have a license that expires in march 25.

Recently logged into my account and get a a limited functionality message. Can someone please advise?

Welcome!

  1. Is the 'limited functionality' only showing in (your) MyKaspersky account OR does KIS application(s) on the devices *also* show any license issues? 
  2. Does the 'limited functionality' show when (you) log in (your) MyKaspersky account from the KIS application OR  'limited functionality' shows in (your) MyKaspersky account 100% of the time?
  3. Where are you located/region? IF (you're) in the US, read: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States.
  4. IF the license is valid until March 2025 & it's not due to hardware / OS compatibility, there may be other reasons, for example: Verification failure, Kaspersky is unable to verify the software within a specified time frame, the software will operate with limited functionality. Read: About limited functionality mode
  5.  Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) is Kaspersky's *old* software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Standard, read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T.  
  6. IF you're not in the US, (you've) updated the software, re-synchronised the account & devices & the limited functionality issue persists, please contact Kaspersky -> on the Kaspersky Customer Service page - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history* & full-screen-screen-prints of the error & (your) activation code:

Thanks for the response. Not sure that the message 'Limited functionality' has gone but have successfully installed the Standard version on a W10 machine & it all works but the installation on a W11 machine causes the screen to flash when invoking Protected Browser mode. Have tried both Edge and Chrome with the same result.

 

Any advice please?

Have now checked the Limited Functionality message now seems to have disappeared.
