Display pop up not working

Hii there , I am using Safe kid for more than 1 year. I recently Formatted all data in my phone . My phone model in Redmi Note 5 pro. When I installed Safe kid it tells me to enable Display pop up window. But even after enabling it it does not moves forward. I have attached photo of the problem. Please let me know the solution asap!!

Please tell us:

1. Operating system version of the Redmi Note 5 pro phone → open phone Settings, select About ?
2. Post all images of what screens you see after you select CONTINUE ?
3. Is the Redmi Note 5 pro phone being used by parent (you) or child? 
4. Which Permissions have been granted to KSK? 
5. Is KSK premium subscription or free?

I have the same problem, with a Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime phone.

Operating system: Android 6.0.1 - MIUI Global 10.2.2.0

See “screenshot I see after I select Continue”.

I have granted all permission possible: edit system settings, change Wi-Fi settings, show over lock screen, start in background, show pop-up windows; The app is Device Administrator; The app has Accessibility Service enabled.

KSK is free version.
