Disappearance of Devices from the "Managed Devices" Group

Kaspersky Security Center (KSC 15.1) is deployed on the server, and Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES 12.7) is installed on the endpoints.

Here is the issue: After the end of the workday and shutting down the PCs, the devices disappear from their respective groups and are moved to the "Unassigned Devices" group. The next day, after turning the PCs back on, the devices return to the root group according to the relocation rule. Some devices that belong to other subgroups also get removed from their groups.

In the group properties, the option "Remove from group if inactive for (days)" is unchecked.

@Бахтиёр hello

I think you have a misconfiguration problem.

Try to reinstall the Network Agent package on devices with unchecked flag "Enable dynamic mode for VDI".  Initially, perform this action on a few devices only.

This flag cannot be changed in any other way.

Currently, Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) and the KES Administration Agent are installed on the endpoints, while the server side includes the same components plus the Administration Server and Web Console. Did I understand correctly that the Network Agent should be installed as an additional module on the server side?
