Devices not visible in cloud

I installed Kaspersky Endpoint Security yesterday and today i saw in the cloud that not one of the devices is registered there.

The servers have been rebooted and they have been fully updated.

1. From one such host, run the klnagchk utility "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\klnagchk.exe" to see what might be the problem when connecting to KSC:
