Devices Not showing In My Kaspersky

I cant see 3/7 of my Devices in My Kaspersky on the cloud console although its installed on the devices

Hello Mas,

My Kaspersky Console is for Home User Products like Internet Security or Total Security only. You cannot manage Business Products like KES in this console. If you are using a Home Product, this is the wrong Forum.
