Devices become unmanaged after (A day ) from disconnection from Server

Dear Kaspersky team, 

 

We have purchased Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced and using Kaspersky security center 12.2.0.4376,

 

We notice that devices becomes unmanaged one disconnected from the server for more than 1 day. I have made sure to remove the option of removing the device from the group if it has been inactive for longer than (days) even thought it does not justify why the devices get removed after only one day.

 

I have tried to check the event logs from the Kaspersky Security center for the devices but it gets reset after it becomes unmanaged.

 

could you please help me out how to troubleshoot this problem.
