Device usage not reporting

Good day,

I just installed Safe Kids on my two daughter’s laptops, both are showing as connected, but the Allie laptop is not reporting device usage, apps, etc..   The Ava-laptop appears to be reporting accurately.

If there is a known way to disable, they will figure it out.

2. In (your) MyKaspersky account, is 2FA enabled? 

• If “no”, we strongly recommend 2FA be enabled. 

Any time access or attempted access to the MyKaspersky account is made, an SMS & or Authenticator code is required; making it very difficult for children to access the KSK controlling account. 

• Does “If there is a known way to disable, they will figure it out”, mean you think your daughters or one of your daughters has disabled KSK → it’s not clear, please let us know?
