device not showing up on parent app

I have downloaded the Kaspersky kids app on my child's Android phone as well as on his Windows laptop. Only his Android phone is showing up on the parent app but not his laptop. Please help

1. Which device & operating system is used by parent: Android, Windows, MAC, iOS? 
2. Have all devices been fully powered off & on since installing  Kaspersky Safe Kids? 
3. On the Windows device, has KSK been started, the KSK icon clicked on to make sure the app is active?
4. May we have an image of MyKaspersky, Kids, Child's devices screen please?
