deployment recommendation

Please help with a recommendation for this scenario.

1.  My company is about to purchase a Kaspersky Optimum license good for 1600 endpoints. 600 of those endpoints will deploy externally with direct internet access.

2. The remaining 1K endpoints will be deployed within our organization. Inside of our organization, some endpoints don't have internet access and part of the intranet. Only a few divisions were granted to have internet access through our gateway firewall.

For item #2, I wanted to have an On-premises Kaspersky Security Center Console to manage endpoint policies, settings, and, most especially, signature updates.

Based on the scenarios I enumerated, there are two (2) management consoles involved. Is it recommended to have only one activation key for both management?

  1. Kaspersky Hub Pro View that will manage endpoints outside our organization
  2. On-premises Kaspersky Security Center Console to manage endpoints inside our organization

Any guidance is much appreciated.

Yeah you can use same key on both Platform in KSC on-prem 1000 devices will be connected and in cloud.kaspersky.com you can connect 600 workstations , you can push same license activation code on Pro view , and I would recommend to use keyfile in KSC on-prem deployment.

I do really appreciate your speedy response to my inquiry.

Assuming our distributor already sent the activation code. Can Kaspersky still issue a .key file for my on-prem?

As a recap, to address my question, the answer is YES, I can use the same Activation Code for Pro View and for On-prem.
