Denylist of keys is corrupted

hi guys..

 

 i recently woke up to a situation with my Kaspe…. application, it has  literally given me a red Denylist of keys is corrupted message that i do not understand. i tried  resolving the matter with our IT administrators who installed the application on my PC, she says she has no idea what is causing this error.   wat is worse is that my PC no longer finish scanning any drive, including the  primary drives. especially they Full computer scan.  would you guys help me  solv e this problem, my computer has los so many capabilities becaus of it.. for instance, the the Cortana search box no longer works, or from the windows explorer, pls tell me wat i can do.  both my window and app are legitimate versions
