I faced issue related to deliver reports which is threat statistics reports are empty even the managed devices generate events and local reports

Two weeks ago, all reports were sent correctly, I checked all configuration and maybe it's related to mismatch version between agents and KSC

 

1- Used KSC cloud console with the below version KES 12.2.0.462 | KNA 15.1.0.21087
