Deleting KPM Password Manager Vault

I cannot instal the entire security suite due to US ban but I do have KPM installed in windows. My subscription runs out in 2 months and I would like to delete my vault. I've searched everywhere. I cannot connect to support using any method. I don't know why

That's for deleting off my local computer. I understand that. I'm talking about deleting the vault off Kaspersky servers. My subscription runs out in 2 months and I can't renew due to US ban. I don't want my password vault on Kaspersky servers forever and I don't want to have to change all my passwords to be safe

Thank you for posting back!

1. To delete all KPM vault - data from Kaspersky servers - there's two options - personally - IF we were in the circumstance (you're) in, we'd do both - at different times:

• FIRST - Create a new *empty* vault so it *overwrites* the existing vault - this will force-clear all remotely stored data. Read: Create new vault. 
• SECOND - after subscription expiry - delete (your) MyKaspersky account via the Delete account option in (your) MyKaspersky Account Settings: Read:  How to delete your account, noting: Deleting account is unavailable if there are active subscriptions, that are managed in the account.                                                                

2. Because of the ban, all the US support structures changed - IF you need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service / Kaspersky Support, go to: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email. Most of what you need won't be covered in the templates - select a generic template - Application malfunction / Other.
