Welcome!

In the Subscription tab, select the Expired subscription, select Manage subscription, select Remove from account, select Delete

• IF the options are not available -> log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, they will do it for you, select Email & fill in the template as shown, filling in (your) Kaspersky subscription from the drop-down-list (1)
