i try to delete kaspersky endpoint from my computer...it ask me to type account name and password...which account name and password i need to type?

Hello!

These are credentials the credentials entered in active policy on KSC.

You need to enter credentials to delete product or you can disable this option in active poliy.

This credentials are from Kaspersky policy. These parameters are configured in the policy, in the interface section.

hi,

can please tell that are you managing kaspersky endpoint security from kasperksy security center.

if you are then go to kaspersky security center (managemnet console )then find the policy which enforced on your desired machine.

you can change or disable it in kaspersky endpoint security policy properties and then interface.
