Found that it was a GlobeImposter 2.0 variant thus... Unfortunately, there is no known method to decrypt files encrypted by any GlobeImposter 2.0 variants without paying the ransom and obtaining the private keys from the criminals who created the ransomware unless they are leaked or seized & released by authorities after making an arrest. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/695524/data-recovery-from-globeimposter-ransomware/
