Decision required to delete objects

Has been like this since Kaspersky first install a week ago. Just keep spinning.

Can you expand the list of detected objects to process and upload a capture? Where are They located?

These options seem wrong.
Why exclude or ignore a threat?

 

The 'Select Method' item above is a popup that comes every 15 minutes or so

As I guess, those detections are inside the TB inbox, K. won't delete automatically them, since malware file attached inside email messages, and for security K. won't remove and damage the full inbox folder.

 

So, you have to go and manually find those messages and remove them, and then empty TB recycle bin.

 

And finally, select Ignore and in the K. warning.
