datatbase on server can't upgrade from 28 April

After 28 april my server is not updating database, i have disistalled and reinstalled from one server the application, but the result is the same.

what i can try?

I could be wrong, but I think that the KSWS version 11.0.1.897 will be discontinued, after an audit we did here, I identified that this version exclusively for Windows Server is not so efficient in terms of blocking threats.

I had more than 100 servers with it, I removed this application and installed the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.9.0.351 version, they added new features and the protection is much more efficient, in addition to working with the same product for Endpoints and Servers. This version is lighter and no longer impacts processing as it used to.
