Databases on Hundreds of Devices Rubberbanding Back to 7/29/2019 Everyday

KES10, KES11, Light Agent 5. When I leave work, every device has an updated database. When I arrive in the morning, hundreds of device's databases are set back to 7/29. I have to run a database update taks everyday. This fixes the issue until I come back in the next day.
