Databases are outdated

Hello,

I'm running KSC 14.0.0.10902 on a centralized server. All of the managed PC's are running Windows 10 or Windows 11 and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.5, 11.11 or 12.0.

The problem is that all of the managed PC's are reporting that Databases are outdated and I can't figure out how to set them to update automatically. I have to manually run the Update task on each device, from KSC.

you should have a group update task created for KES clients ... and apply for example to all managed devices.

check if you have

1. The task of downloading updates to the administration server

2. task of updating KES clients

set the update schedule like this

if there are no tasks to update KES, for example. Create it.

by default, the task will receive updates from the KSC server

Thank you.

I didn't have the task "downloading updates to the administration server".

All devices are now updated.
