What update source are you using?
KSC or Kaspersky Cloud Server?

Has the task to Download Updates to the Administration Server repository already been started and completed?

This task will work if you use the KSC source to use the KESS update task on Endpoints.

Update source is KSC and "Download Updates to the Administration Server repository" was completed I have 600 Atm machines but 459 Atm got task failed , so i tried clear update repository and then re run the task "Download Updates to the Administration Server repository" .
