Database update task complete successfully but give event error: Not all components were updated

Hello

All of my devices shown status "Database are outdated" then I check my update task it show status the task is complete succesfully on most of my device but in the event part it got an error "Not all components were updated" non of my devices can update database now anyone know what cause this error?

From my experience, this disappears when you restart the endpoint. However I only have such problems on a very few amount of computers (one or two computers during a long time).

Maybe it also helps to close KES and start it.

You should check if you have the latest KES version or to update it (current version is KES 12.2).

You should clear the temporary download memory once and try the download task again
