Data Leak

Hey guys, recently i update my kaspersy basic for premium and i are using data leak checker. The tool showed me that through my personal email, on 3 sites data leaks occurred, my question is: what can I do about it? The tool is good for warning, but does not show lay people what it can do about it.

As this is a password leak, You should just change password of the users in those affected sites.

I've just had a Kaspersky pop up telling me that the data leak detector has found something and I'd agree, that's of little help.  The help page About Data Leak Checker is equally of little help.

For me, it says that the web site leak is Gravatar but I've no idea who they are and have certainly not created an account with a password directly with them.  I assume some web site I do use might use their systems but how do I find out which and what actions to take?
