Hello

If we use a custom Windows theme (available on the Store or other) Kaspersky shows some empty windows
If the theme is not called aerostyles.mss

Window to notify the license period :

Hello

Windows 11 22621.1992 and Kaspersky Standard 21.13.5.506(a)

The problem appears if the theme file is not named aero.msstyles

Kaspersky uses Microsoft NetFrameWork from the system, don't know if this has something to be with the issue...

I tested with the 2 themes, the original Windows one (aero.msstyles), it's good
Another theme got on the Store (xxxxx.msstyles), and empty windows

I have already contacted the support, it requires tons of tests while just this one is more than enough
I will contact them again and see.

The support answered me asking me to do a lot of manipulation with different software to identify the problem....

Not having time to do so, I just replied that the problem was already identified and that their service just had to test with another theme (theme with a different file name than aero.msstyles)
Or even rename the aero.msstyles file and choose this theme in the theme settings (Settings)

nothing complicated, and if K is not using windows theme (aero.msstyles) just fix this problem

I don't have much hope, the developers still haven't solved a bug identified since the beginning of the year ?
Admittedly, not too embarrassing if we don't use the third-party software in question
