Hi,

 

recently we are always received this message from our office user as per below:

Error: Not all components were updated

what should i do, please advice

if the computer is running for a long time, a reboot of OS would probably solve the issue.

Hi ak01,

 

laptop on and off everyday. is there any other suggestion? now laptop frequently hang/stuck.

From my experience, this error is gone after reboot (if the computer is running for a long time) but completely uninstall KES, reboot and install KES (11.6) again also solves such issues.
