CPU usage when start Windows

Dear,

I’ve always use with satisfaction KIS, but few days ago I have strange usage CPU from KIS that slow all my start Windows (I need several minutes for work my PC).

If I kill KIS process (that see in attacced) my PC go to fast.

Somebody have any suggestions about this ?

Welcome. 

Kaspersky is set to let the performance for windows services first after restart or start pc. And after that is Windows booted into desktop then kaspersky turning on their services.

So if your PC is slow after restart something is wrong. Your pc specifications might be helpful. 

Please your PC specifications like CPU, ram, ssd or HDD?
