Problem Statement We were encountering innovative issues with kesl, when we try to start kesl service and we are getting error when we run "kesl-control --app-info" we get error like "Could Not Connect to Kaspersky Endpoint Security Linux"

We collected the logs by collect script and find out that memory was limited to 600 mb in Kesl Policy settings >> Application settings >> Application performance Settings .

Solution
To resolve this, please revert the settings to auto by following the steps below:

1. In KSC → Assets (Devices) → Policy&Profiles → "Required KESL policy" → Application Settings → General settings → Application settings → Configure memory usage → Change the value to auto

2. Stop KESL locally via the command "systemctl stop kesl"
3. Change the "MaxMemory" value locally in the file /var/opt/kaspersky/kesl/common/kesl.ini to the value "auto"
