Correct settings for child's school laptop

My daughter has a laptop.

I would like to know if it is possible to setup the “Kids - Device Use” in such a way that it would allow her unlimited use of the device during school hours, but will limit her after school activities on the device to an additional 2 hours a day.

As an example → see image, downtime = when the laptop cannot be used, we set from midnight to 09:00 & from 19:00 to midnight, assuming school is from 09:00 to 17:00, and the time after school when the laptop is available is from 17:00 to 19:00, it’s not possible to add a 2 hour schedule, and separate that from the time your child has available while she’s in school:

sorry to hear that this is not possible. 

Unfortunately, without the option of defining “uptime” (i.e. the hours she is at school using her laptop for schoolwork) , this application will not satisfy our needs.
