Can you tell me why copilot sidebar not working?

9. When you receive the message - "The content was blocked - etc...", in the browser, has KSC Protection extension, Anti-Banner - Allow on this website - been set to ON? 
10. Which Cookie permissions - have been granted in the browser, including Third party? 
11. What happens IF Network settings, Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages ", is unchecked?
12. Add www.edgeservices.bing.com to: Security Settings -> Network Settings -> Trusted Addresses, select Save, select Confirm for the User prompt, exit the browser, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by Pressing the power button, login, start the browser, recheck?  
13. Is Kaspersky Security Cloud subscription: Personal, Family or Free?

I ment is not URL is the icon on top right corner or copilot sidebar that is not working why? 

And is related with Kaspersky because when I uninstall Kaspersky works, I try everything in settings?
Did I miss something?

Thank you for posting back & the advice! 

1. *Unchecking Network settings, Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages, is generally done as a *test* only as this script ensures the operation of such components as Safe Money, Private Browsing, Anti-Banner, and URL Advisor*
2. Was our last recommendation tested, with Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages *Checked/ticked*? IF *no* please do so, it may work, however IF the issue persists *unless* Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages is *Unchecked* we'd recommend logging a case with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include screen-prints & OR video to explain the Copilot sidebar shortcut ctrl + shift + issue & include Har logs, READ: How to collect HAR logs in Edge Chromium & Console logs, READ: How to collect console logs in Edge Chromium                                                            

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?
