Content filter on KES 9 mail security

i’m trying to use the content filter on the latest version of mail security for exchange. Specifically I have two parts, both of which don’t seem to work.

 

1. If I add a keyword, for example, ‘bitcoin’, it will not be found as it doesn’t form part of a string. However if I do “Re:Bitcoin Investment.Earn 150.000 Euro” it’s found. What do I need to do to only find a single word? expressions don’t seem to work, or not well.
2. I want to use the content filter to specifically delete and not backup up targeted keywords. The spam filters have already found and marked the above example as spam. Problem is, I get thousands of these emails filling up the backup so I end up clearing messages that I would prefer to be deleted.

Ideally the content filter needs to be before the spam filtering. i’m guessing at the moment the order of filtering is AV > Spam > Content. Any idea how I can get around it for the time being?
