We have a problem with hardware Kaspersky Security Center Server and we made an urgent installation of the Kaspersky Security Center on a new server and we brought a Backup of Administration Server data copy we were storing in an external disk for the old Kaspersky Security Center Server.

 

After the installation process for Kaspersky Security Center 11 and after the restoration process, we cannot log in to Kaspersky Security Center 11 And i see error message “ connection to the administration server has failed for this reason “

Try with the app Kaspersky Security Center 11 Remote Diagnostics Utility and if it fail open a ticket to the company support

Hello Guys,
As per my finding i had faced this same issue and i am using my Active Directory account on KSC Administration Server. I am facing this issue because due to AD is not sync with my Kaspersky Server i had followed below steps:

1- Remove domain from server ( Moved it on WORKGROUP)
2- Reboot Server
3- Now again Join the Domain 
 

Issue is resolved after following these steps if anyone using the same Active Directory administrator user on Kaspersky Server you need to follow the above steps.
