Connection to KSC failed after update to KSC 11

Hi, I performed update to KSC 11 and now I'm no more able to open it. I tried also with Administration Console from my laptop and the result is the same, Is it mandatory the server restart? I didn't perform it because it's our DC server

Solved with KSC services manual start and MSSQL$KAV_CS_ADMIN_KIT service restart
