Connection error between Secondary Server with Primary Server

Hello Guys,

-- In Ksc main server there are many secondary slave servers , we are facing connection error while connecting the secondary server with ksc main server.

-- When connecting slave server with IP " 10.168.129.204" Its domain showing DNS:drs-dp204.eximbankbd.com . but when I go to specific that server I got different DNS : drs-ws204.eximbankbd.com. , It got connected to Main server , but its DNS is not get updated in KSC main.

-- While connecting to another slave server with IP " 192.168.19.204" Its domain showing DNS:drs-dp204.eximbankbd.com . but when I go to specific that server I got different DNS : elp-dp204.eximbankbd.com. , It is not get connected to Main server , error showing "Administration server already connected to hierarchy"

-- Why while trying connecting two different IP addresses of two different location showing same DNS record in KSC main server , one get connected another is not .

-- How to search secondary slave server in the hierarchy with domain name or IP address . All workstation in the organization is managed by Active Directory.

first of all do not place real IP and DNS names into the Forum.

It looks that DNS is not well configured. If it is configure Network Polling in KSC Management Console for Active Directory and IP Ranges to frequently check the availabilitiy of the IP or FWDN names of your devices.

If you search in Online Help by "Secondary Administration Server" you will get some information about handling this.

When the problem cannot be solved by these description open a ticket with technical Support.
